Starman the Estonian cable TV operator with over 54,000 broadband subscribers and 15% market share has reduced some of its double and triple-play fees but at the same time the operator reduced the number of its entry level TV channels from 20 to 16. The new pricing policy introduced by Starman seems to aim to cluster its entry level subscribers to higher value packages. Some examples of the broadband tariffs are given in the table below:
